Camping sitesThe Chinook site is 30 feet wide, 60 feet long and situated on our 38 acres with 360 views of the Sangre De Cristo Mountains and San Juan mountains. There is a road that goes around the property to make entering and exiting very easy and convenient, also great for a walk or bike ride! The area has been leveled out and free of brush and cactus.

Private Fire PitsIf you're looking for a beautiful place to park your camper or RV then check out our little Homestead. We have goats, chickens and a llama on site, and guests can pet them and also participate in morning feedings. We offer an on site homestead store with fresh eggs, goat milk lotion, homestead bug repelant oil and also bread and soap classes available (call or email for availability)!

Privacy and PeaceYour rv spot will be 150 feet away from another spot, which gives you a sense of privacy and space. You are not on top of each other like other campsites. We can provide water fill-up for a $20 fee per tank and optional $20.00 per dump fee. Come experience peace and relax in nature with stunning sunsets and sunrises! We cannot wait to host you!!!

Come hold and pet our farm animals, participate in feedings, milk a goat (when in season) .Take a homemade soap or bread class!
Play a round or two of horseshoes with stunning views. Look out! Your biggest fans will be the goats and llama watching you!
Walk the many tracks we have cleared out, or the 1 mile track that circles the whole property. Come shop at our little homestead store!

Rentals are $20.00 a night. This is dry camping, so no hookups! We can fill water and offer dump services at an additional cost.
